Michael is the Chief Inspiration Officer and Founder of Future Focus Inc, with much of the Leadership Effectiveness Program derived from Mike’s extensive leadership experiences. He is particularly passionate about having a positive impact on the leadership habits of our participants. In her Senior Facilitator Role at Future Focus, Mary plays a key role in the Leadership Effectiveness Program by leading sessions and coaching participants. Mark is a leadership consultant and certified executive coach.
